“B2B were by far the best of the people that we contacted about a commercial mortgage. We were beginners at this game, and Ian was superb at talking us through the various stages so that it didn't seem complex. He was excellent at being available, and responding quickly to our requests. It was also excellent that B2B don't charge a fee, unlike most of their competitors. They get paid by the mortgage lenders upon successful completion. I'd thoroughly recommend B2B.”

“Pav Gill was exceptionally good. He knew exactly where to place us and agreed terms for us that were fantastic. The bank was a high street lender, but Pav cut through all the hassle and arranged everything to set up the introduction. The bank were also brilliant and could not do enough to try and work to our time frame. Initial enquiry through to completion was 10 weeks. We can still not believe how stress free it was!”

“John Booker at B nB Mortgages had the foresite to invest in a new business when all the usual High St lenders said no . He managed to get a small BS to lend the money so I was still dealing with a reputable company and not a loan shark with rediculous interest rates which is quite often the case when you lack the usual credit history. There are many small businesses out there who could thrive if only they could secure an initial influx of cash it's unfortunate there are not more companies like B n B ou there and I wish them every future success.”

“Ian Fearnside from B2B Commercial Mortgages was invaluable in making sure the mortgage completed with our new bankers. Ours was slightly unusual in that it was for a trust and our bankers had difficulty in understanding what was required! Without Ian I'm sure we would still be going around in circles now! B2B had to collect a lot of business and personal information in order to process the application. There is a lot of up-front effort in getting all the information together. However, this was not in vain and B2B made every effort in securing and finalising the finance. My dealings with the firm have been top class, all queries and issues being resolved efficiently and effectively. I would not hesitate in recommending B2B.”
