“Personally I think dealing in the finance game nowadays is a very personal thing, you will have good individuals (brokers) and bad ones. Thankfully I was dealing with gentleman called Scott James within B2B's network. Scott has now completed 2 x deals for me with a combined lending value just short of £2m. Whilst the steps to get finance are troublesome for companies, Scotts communication, knowledge and speed of how he works will ensure that when I require further deals to be done, he will be the first person I contact.”

“I spoke to Bernie Whitfield about the possibility of a commercial mortgage, as I had been told I needed this to run a B & B from my residential home. He took the time to listen to my situation,even though it became clear that He would not be able to help, as I should have been advised to approach a broker that specialised in residential mortgages. Even though he was not able to help he gave me the details of a broker who would be able to. Thank you ! If I ever need a commercial loan I know where to go !”
