“Huge thanks goes out to Pav Gill at B2B Commercial Mortgages. From day 1, Pav was extremely helpful and guided us through the process. “Efficient and conscientious broker, Steve Brundell was really helpful and pretty much answered all my emails and queries immediately along with doing plenty of chasing up with the mortgage company to make sure things were moving along. Also no fees.”

“They made my process of finding a lender so very easy ....I found it virtually impossible going it alone ......I was with a commercial lender paying 8 %, thanks to B2B we are with a high street lender with a fab rate of 3.5 %.... I would lightly recommend them .... thank you once again”

“We contacted B2B and Darren Lund got back to us promptly. Our requirement was out the ordinary a semi-commercial site with a combination of factors from freehold flats to part commercial having contacted several national brokers all advised their was no off-shelf products. Darren advised that while our site was not the norm he was confident a lender he had experienced with could structure a deal on a be-spoke basis and this was surprisingly completed with minimum fuss and was market competitive. Highly recommend Darren at B2B with his market knowledge and more importantly lender contacts.”

“The service we have had from Scott James from B2B Mortgages has been exceptional. The funding we required has been complex and the time constraints have seemed at times impossible. Through his breadth of knowledge and his sheer tenacity and hard work, Scott has turned the impossible into reality. He has worked tirelessly on our case over the last few weeks, returning phone calls and emails late into the night and even working for us over Christmas and New Year. In over 30 years working both as a lawyer and subsequently running my own business I have never experienced this level of commitment and professionalism to a client. The products he recommended were also absolutely tailored to our needs and we cannot recommend Scott, to anyone looking for commercial finance, highly enough.”

“I just got my mortgage and property and super happy with how smoothly everything went. Pav was my contact at B2B and as soon as you speak to him you get the feeling you are in safe hands, he is measured and professional and will deliver what he says he can deliver, in fact he delivered an even better rate than the already great rate he originally quoted, the opposite can be said of other companies, who seem to give you a quote just to attract you then the illustration comes through and it is nothing like what they originally said and is also worryingly error ridden. Pav really has a very thorough knowledge of this industry due to his previous experience as a commercial underwriter and lending manager. I got the impression that he had a better understanding of the process than the banks, the agent, the seller and all of us put together. Highly recommended.”
