“Not a very good experience with Aurora Stone. After placing my order I had an estimated delivery of about 5 days but my tiles never turned up. Upon enquiry I was told they were damaged in transit, I was notified of this, I had to contact the company. Anyway when they finally arrived they were the wrong colour, so when I enquired about this they advised these are correct tiles it’s just that the manufacturer had changed the name of the tile. I was not happy with these so wanted to return them as the website stated 30 day free returns. I was told I had to pay for returning the goods to be able to get a full refund . The postage and packaging of these tiles would cost me more than the order itself so had to take this as a loss and had delayed my project. Not a happy customer and will not be using them again.”
