I can see that you would have been sent the earrings in a Pandora branded box, however, as the gift bag box was not ticked at the basket page, you would not have received a Pandora gift bag, apologies if this was missed.

“While the order arrived as I expected and the items are nice, I missed the ordered 'free' gift box for the mother and daughter charm. Upon request, no answer from customer service so far. What should I expext from them in case of more significant issues?”

We are very sorry to hear that you missed the gift bag box on the basket page when placing your order, apologies for this. We have this process in place for environmental reasons, to prevent the wastage of packaging, therefore we do require our customers to tick this box for any items they wish to receive a gift bag for.
