“Ordered bracelet for my daughter for her birthday on Tuesday. Her birthday was Thursday. Paid extra for next day delivery but bracelet did not arrive until Friday. Contacted Argento who refused to refund delivery fee and said it was the couriers fault. I order online a lot and normally receive next day delivery when I pay for it. Will not use again.”

“I placed an order for something to give as a present, payment was taken and then 3 or 4 days later I was told item was unavailable leaving me with no present. Very disappointing. I’ve shopped on the site quite a bit but will now be reluctant to do so.”
