“I had a problem with my Reef Hot Tub so used the customer contact form on the website one evening, more in hope than expectation. At 9.05am the next morning Richard replied to get more details from me to pass on to the tech team. By 9.25am he emailed with 2 options to solve the problem, including a link to the material I needed for a DIY repair. My hot tub is now fixed and back in action. If only every company provided such excellent Customer Service!”
