“The 400x400 stone basin we bought is even more beautiful than it looked on the website. Haven’t installed yet but it’s clearly high quality and just different to high street options. It arrived within two days of ordering and the delivery courier was excellent. Very pleased we found your website!”

“Ordered two beautiful basins which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one had a slight imperfection but this was quickly remedied and a replacement sent out the very next day. Excellent customer service and the basins were exactly as I had hoped.”

“I ordered a unit for the first time from Aquaroc. This was a pre order but delivery still came pretty quick. It arrived with a small manufacturing blemish so I emailed some photos to Mark and within minutes he called me back to confirm this was a rare blemish and he would send out a new replacement which would arrive in a couple of days. This is excellent service and was very smooth process. Would definitely order again and recommend this company.”
