Unfortunately there is a fault with the adapter on the shaft so I have had to box up the shaft and send it back. The customer service around this was excellent although I am still waiting for an update on whether the shaft and adapter will be repaired or replaced.
My rating will go up to 5* if it is all resolved quickly and satisfactorily, otherwise it could go down.”
