“I had the two hour full-set fitting with Tommy who was professional throughout the experience! I also gained valuable insight into my technique from what felt more like a fitting with a lesson thrown in free of charge! My slice and hook is slowly disappearing! I can now hit the wood that I have which I never sure until now!
Tommy wasn’t your usual pushy sales guy that I have experienced in the past everything was done at my pace! He gave me the option to hit until I got what suited me, he could have just stopped there but even had the grips replaced that suited me too! I was planning on upgrading from the half set I have been using for last 12+ years and I walked away with an amazing setup that works for my game gaining me a lot of extra distance on all clubs!
Overall I would highly recommend this experience to all level of players!”
“I found the whole fitting experience very professional and informative. Thomas was extremely patient and took time to explain what all of the various statistics and analytics meant in relation to both my swing and the clubs which I was hitting at the time. This enabled me to make a more informed decision. “The Ping G clubs that you sent were returned because they were obvious fakes. The heads were shiny chrome and genuine Ping G irons were only ever produced in a kind of gun metal grey finish. Even the grips were fake. A Ping accredited club pro confirmed that for me. I would give A Morris the benefit of doubt and maybe they didn’t know they were faked but you need to be very careful. Having said all of that everything else was efficient - and my refund was processed quickly. Please examine the clubs and take them out of your stock listings.”
“Hi. I didn’t end up having my fitting. One of your team was off sick and I didn’t get a call back to reschedule. Would it be possible to use the fitting fee in the shop?”
“This club fitting was very low on information about each club that was being used. I went for an iron fitting and the fitter wasn't very receptive to questions which left a feeling of uncertainty when it ultimately came to making a choice about buying. There was no mention of length of club that would suit, grips, lie angle etc.. this feels more like a salesman trying to flog you a product but without actually giving any information to the buyer on the product.”
