“The initial contact gave details of the cost of registration and then an offer to Pay $89 as an alternative. This proved not to be the case. It was a demand to pay $89. On numerous occassions I sought the assistance of one tradesman. These messages were not delivered as I have had no reply. So at this stage I am minus $89 with no contact with the tradesman. Is this fraud?”
