“I’ve been trying to contact them since my order arrived a week ago, because I didn’t receive what I ordered. The photos on their website showed the wrong product, because I can’t imagine they’d have both of these by the same manufacturer. That can happen, it is unfortunate and a bit annoying, but nobody has returned my emails, and I have emailed three different addresses. So I can’t resolve this and I paid far too much for what this is, if the photos were correct and it was the niche product I was hoping for, it would be fine, but this product is different enough from that, where I could go anywhere and spend 90% less for the same thing from a different manufacturer. I would not order from them if unreturned emails are their customer service method when they send the wrong product out or list the incorrect product on their website.”
