“1- The order took nearly 3 weeks to reach me.
2- The sizing was WAY off, ordered two pairs. Tried to try on one and couldn't get them past my knees. so...
3- Was told that the "worn" pair could not be returned but I could return the other pair /at my own cost/
4- The cost to ship 16 oz of tights back across to the UK starts at $35
5- The feel of the tights was so rough and scratchy I'm sure I would have hated them had I been able to get them on.
Lesson learned, buyer beware indeed.”

“I ordered snag tights last year and was happy with them. I ordered them again this year and two months later I have received one pair of tights but I'm still waiting for another pair to arrive. The tights I have received are a bit fit - not as described in the sizing and very tight in the waist. They also have pilling after only two wears. Very disappointed in this company and will never order from them again”

“These scammers sent me tights that were already destroyed and when they couldn't talk me out of a refund they started ghosting me. I have to get a chargeback from my bank and I have no doubt their online reviews are fraudulent”

Ordered on the 16th December and received email on 17th saying they’d been dispatched. Clearly a lie as today (29th) received partial refund for one item as apparently the supplier warehouse shut down at short notice. The other pair are allegedly coming but too late for a Christmas present. I need a refund on the shipping too. Furious! Will NEVER order from them again!”
