“I wish this was 5 stars ✨ unfortunately I have been extremely let down with aftercare service from Oliami on at least 3 occasions now. I am still awaiting a reply from over a month ago in relation to a mark on a silk blouse I purchased - Holland Cooper. I since then purchased a Holland Cooper belt and there was an issue with delivery. The staff are lovely when you call the store but on one accession I was told (4 purchases ago) to spend more money next time and then I would qualify for free delivery - I’d already spent £500 that week.. 🙈 I like the store but I’ve been left a little disappointed on more than one occasion I’m afraid.”
