“I hadn’t heard of the website before but noticed they had a physical shop so decided to place an order. I ordered on a Sunday evening (although I couldn’t get the 10% first order discount code to be accepted) and the item was delivered very quickly on Tuesday morning. It was very well packaged and even had a small gift as well. Would definitely buy from them again. I didn’t need to use the returns service so can’t comment on that.”

“I was happy i came across Oliami while searching for a UK based distributor for Marco Moreo shoes. My order arrived super fast; the customer service representative contacted me to advise the parcel would be delay for a day. The order arrived nicely packed and I am very happy with the shoes.”

“Disappointed, order an expensive jacket it was sent out with marks on the front of it which I would've loved to have kept. because of this, I had to send it back and then even had to pay the postage. Think they would've noticed it before sending it out Complete waste of time and had a lot of my money tied up whilst I had to then sort it out. I did contact them to discuss this, but still was made to pay the money to return it.”
