“I have just seen a video on YouTube showing the employees of Able Instruments & Controls being rude and aggressive towards members of the public. Disgraceful!”

“Was not impressed with a video I have just seen on YT. A member of the public being verbally abused by what appears to be a senior member of staff. His language and aggressive behaviour while representing Able was disgusting and worrying at the same time. I am not in an industry that would procure your wares but my younger brother is. Called him today and indeed he has heard of this outfit. Iv sent him the link to the afore mentioned video. He was particularly interested to hear that sensitive products would be left in plain site at an open door. Very poor response to a member of the public engaging in a legal pursuit.”

“This order status fluctuated but in the end the goods arrived only a few days late but in plenty of time for the customer so very pleased Very good communication and friendly service”

“Very disappointed with the service. Maybe focused on larger customers. An error made at our end led to us swapping meters. Refund refused for ridiculous reasons and eventually offered to take return as “an act of good will” ( ie wrapping it was sent in was damaged ) but wanted 90% restocking fee. Insulting to the point I was wondering if they were pulling my leg or perhaps that was to comply with consumer laws ! Order took three months from beginning to end and was not resolved satisfactorily. Not great guys and I’m sure you could have easily resolved it.”

“Our Business had an issue with a camera which had to be returned to the manufacturer. Initially, we were asked for a holding deposit of £100 which would have been refundable but our company is not set up to do this. Luke from ABLE, quickly stepped in and arranged the return of the item without any requirement for the deposit and arranged its prompt and safe return. There was no issues at all and we had a very satisfactory outcome. Luke was highly professional and we received once again, a high class professional customer experience and service.”

“The staff at 247Able have been amazing, Luke, Thibault and Maureen all provided great customer service and were really flexible and accomadating. We saved a lot of money being able to rent the camera and it was such an easy process! Really recommend using this service. Thanks again!”
