“The server rack cabinet was used for 6 x 3.5Kw battery packs for my solar PV system. The installers who originally installed the system had just stacked them one on top of the other with no air gap between creating a real risk of overheating and fire. The new rack now has them installed with an inch/25mm space between for air flow. A much safer and visually impressive configuration. There is also space for further Battery modules to expand the energy storage. Ordering and delivery went smoothly and the rack arrived about half-an-hour before the engineers arrived to do the reconfiguration. Brilliant!”

“Order was fine except the spoket I ordered never arrived. , once they realised I had not received the Spoket, they moved Heaven and Earth to get it delivered to me...So full marks , thanks for following this up for me. And good luck with the improvements you plan to make to help prevent this type of issue going forward.... Thanks again.”
