“This UPS was purchased to support a new fibre optic router in the event of a power outage for a short time period, which it does really well. In considering the scope of the purchase, I looked at current draw and sized the UPS accordingly. I now have complete peace of mind for at least an hour should all the lihts go out ! Ordering, delivery and follow up have all been exemplary. Well done SRE.”

“The server rack cabinet was used for 6 x 3.5Kw battery packs for my solar PV system. The installers who originally installed the system had just stacked them one on top of the other with no air gap between creating a real risk of overheating and fire. The new rack now has them installed with an inch/25mm space between for air flow. A much safer and visually impressive configuration. There is also space for further Battery modules to expand the energy storage. Ordering and delivery went smoothly and the rack arrived about half-an-hour before the engineers arrived to do the reconfiguration. Brilliant!”

“I bought 2 relatively small server racks. Good build quality and finish. The only reason that 5 stars weren't awarded is that, having specified limited accessibilty, an 18 ton delivery truck wouldn't be suitable, guess what turned up ...”

Hi Nick, we didn't get to work our magic with the logistics company which can sometimes happen when we have several orders being delivered into an area. We will review however and see what we can do to strengthen the comms with them. Thank you for the review.
