“You have to pay for quality and that is exactly what you receive from 123V. Firstly the surveyor (Gareth) took time to listen to my wishes and them implemented them wherever possible, he produced an accurate measure/drawing and colour choice for his Op’s to follow on installation day, very pleasing to see. The Op/installer (Alistair) arrived on his own, bang on time and day as previously advised. He carried all of my carport components and enabling tools and equipment to implement the install. Alistair produced his drawing and asked if we could run through it before he commenced, excellent in my mind. Alistair amazed me how quickly he was able to install the 6m kit and was very clean. I will and would recommend this organisation to anybody who is looking for a quality bespoke installation, NOT your everyday off the shelf type, i’m very pleased indeed.”

“123v listen and they deliver! If you're seeking shelter from the elements for your car then give these guys a shout! A garage wasn't going to satisfy my needs with space restriction and a proper home extension going to cost ££££'s, this tailor made car port means my pride and joy is sheltered so I can polish it, work on it and store it no matter the weather. 🌧️ ☀️ Alistair arrived well on time and thoroughly talked through what he was going to do. I set him up with everything he needed and left him to it for the day. He was fantastic and wanted for nothing!”

“Exceptional Service and Quality from 123v We couldn’t be more impressed with the seamless experience provided by 123v — from the initial survey right through to the installation of our cantilever carport. Graham guided us through all available options on-site, offering a clear quote and an estimated delivery date. The communication was spot-on: we received a courtesy call a week before installation to confirm the date, and on the day, the fitters phoned ahead to let us know exactly when they’d arrive. The installation team was fantastic — professional, efficient, and incredibly tidy. Aside from the sound of a few drills, you’d hardly know they were here! Everything was completed within a few hours, and they left the site spotless. We wholeheartedly recommend 123v to anyone looking for top-tier service and craftsmanship.”

“This company was brilliant to work with from start to finish. Communication was first rate! William came and surveyed when he said he would, Pam emailed regularly with updates, the workmanship on the handmade materials and the installation by Alisdair all amazing! My canopy was installed in 1 morning, looks fantastic with the rest of my house and everything was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company. It has made a neglected area of my back garden usable and once i've got some outside lights fitted it will be able to be used all year round.”

“Absolutely supreb from start to finish. Everyting from initial discussion to survey and installation went extremely smoothly indeed, all was done exactly as promised and on-time. Staff I dealt with, John and Pamela, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Above all, there was never any pressure or hard-sell. The installation was carried out utterly perfectly and very professionally by friendly and very competent installer, Alasdair. Not a trace of any mess was made and all was left completely tidy. I am absolutely delighted and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending 123v to anyone. Thank you all so much.”

“What a fantastic team. The attention to detail and service was really tremendous. This is a business that really takes time to understand what you want and works very closely with you to get it done right. This covers William and Robin in the design and contract stages all the way through to Dave and his team of installers, who were exceptional. Thoroughly recommend these guys”
