“123 Security does a great job with helping their customers out. I had an issue with an Bosch product that I purchased. I called Bosch first and they told me they couldn't replace it and I would just have to get my money back. Mind you it took me 30 mins to get that answer. Then I called 123 Security and had resolution within five minutes of hearing my problem. Their customer service is amazing and I think it is a prime example of how a company should be ran.”
