“I received my order the day after ordering, I set up the 3D printer and there was a vibration rubber missing. I phoned up that afternoon spoke to a fantastic CS guy on phone he was so helpful with a couple of questions (KNOWS his stuff) and said the part would be with me the next day. It WAS FANTASTIC SERVIICE 25 OUT OF 10. Thank you.”

“Fantastic service. Decided, just before Christmas, to invest in a large format printer and ordered a CR-M4 at 15:10 on the 6th December along with 5.5kg of filament. The order was delivered at 16:17 on the 7th which is amazing service. I also automatically received an electronic VAT invoice which is perfect for work. This is the first time I've used 123-3D and it certainly won't be the last.”

“The 3d pen broke after one use. The filament blocked up mid use and it won't eject or heat up enough to push through no matter what i try. Really disappointed as it was a Christmas gift. Short of taking it all apart its no use and a waste of money.”

Hi Emma. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have sold hundreds of these pens with very few problems. My colleague has responded to your ticket now we have reopened after the Christmas break and a replacement has been arranged. I'm sorry for the disappointment and hope you are happy with the replacement and customer service you have received.
