“excellent service - Items were delivered next day and exactly as described. My only comment is that the filament spooling leaves a little to be desired. the filament is not smoothly spooled, and sometimes snags and needs to be released/unsnagged manually whilst printing. slightly annoying but not worth dropping a star for”

“Ordered in the evening and received the printer the next day before noon. Very impressive. I had a problem with the hotend and emailed the team over the weekend, received a response the following monday then another message came the next day advising me to send the serial number for a replacement. This is when you know you are dealing with an excellent retailer.”

“I don't usually write reviews but wanted to take the time to review 123-3D as, having never heard of them beford, I was initially reticent to order from them. However, the order was processed remarkably quickly and was at my door within 24 hours (despite using standard delivery) and exactly as ordered. Very impressive. Will definitely use again.”
