“Sorry for late reply . I have given an excellent rating because service and advise to myself , a beginner to 3D , was concise and to the point . The products purchased were delivered within 24 hours with no damage to packaging . Also a small cable was found to be damaged on opening and checking , rang in re problem was dealt with immediately , yet to send in photo of damaged part . People answering phone friendly and professional . Regards Ian Rosser”

“Great service and quick delivery. But the biggest issue is the printer itself. Creality has been contacted directly as the printer takes itself out of level once levelled. Manual levelling. Have wasted 5 reels of 1kg pla at £25 A REEL. The joys of overnight printing. But if you buy the complete beginners kit that includes the bed adhesive i would suggest to 123-3D.co.uk that they include bed cleaning solution”

“As company 123-3D very good. Quick dispatch of the order, good prices unfortunately wasn't able to find any of my favorite brands of ASA fillament. Ordered one roll from Polylite but very disappointed, wasn't able yo print anything with it. I print daily with ASA but unfortunately this roll was absolutely rubish.”
