“It's probably not their fault but I ordered on 3 rd Nov. My items did not arrive. On 21 st Nov I finally worked out " tickets" have been in touch but they say I could return items.... Well can't they have not arrived now time elapsed and I can't open a new ticket. I have emailed them at least 4 times with no reply. I have lost my money. Will not be buying from here again. Although lost delivery PO fault customer service is rubbish. Can't add a photo as delivery didn't come. I am a pensioner and I am in all time so I did not miss a delivery”

“Ordered 2 weeks ago and paid for next day delivery still nothing. Tried to contact them but nothing. Complete scam! Do not buy anything from them! Also reported them to trading standards and ombudsman”

“Bought a beautiful purple cotton scarfe which was reduced to £2.15,amazing quality for the price,will probably be buying similar products again and will certainly recommend.Delivery time was also good.”

“I spent nearly £150, including extra for my extra fast shipping, it's now been nearly two weeks and they still haven't delivered my order. They can't even blame Royal Mail because I made my purchases on a strike day and they didn't dispatch for nearly three days! It's impossible to contact them and I'm going to just claim my money back through my bank because this is just idiotic!”

“The first time I placed an order, I was delighted with the speed and quality of the service and items. I was so delighted, I placed a second order almost immediately. Unfortunately, that order never arrived: I placed it 24/9/22. I’ve created a ‘ticket’, but still nothing; it wont even give me the option to cancel my order. The money has been taken out of my account, and almost 2 months later, nothing. Getting in contact with someone to discuss the issue is impossible.”

“Hands down the cheapest shop not just online but on high street too. I got my order 2 days later. Id bare in mind royal mail are striking soon so thats probably why some others had delays.”

“My order arrived and 3 items were missing. I was advised in advance of 2 and got a refund for both but there was 1 more missing. I tried so many times to get in contact and it was impossible just kept getting an error message online. first time using and last sadly shame as i would have used them a lot”

“Ordered 10 days ago, STILL not here and they can't even blame postal strikes as it hasn't even been dispatched until the other day!!! I've sent multiple emails and opened a ticket for it all to be ignored. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE”

“I'd give minus 50 stars if i could. Absolutely appalling company. 2 weeks and still no order, don't answer emails. nightmare trying to raise a ticket, no online contact form. I'd stay away from this company it is not worth the hassle. They should be taken offline. STAY AWAY, NIGHMARE GETTING ANY MONEY BACK BE WARNED”

“i made an order. It came relatively fast which was good. However, three items in my order did not arrive, and one came cracked. I raised a ticket over a week ago and its still pending. there is no other means of contacting them. This is highly suspicious and leads me to believe ill never see that money again. Im disappointed id have given it one star if not for the fact that i received some of the things and they were satisfactory. So its a gamble...proceed at your own risk.”
