I spent nearly £150, including extra for my extra fast shipping, it's now been nearly two weeks and they still haven't delivered my order. They can't even blame Royal Mail because I made my purchases on a strike day and they didn't dispatch for nearly three days! It's impossible to contact them and I'm going to just claim my money back through my bank because this is just idiotic!
