The first time I placed an order, I was delighted with the speed and quality of the service and items. I was so delighted, I placed a second order almost immediately. Unfortunately, that order never arrived: I placed it 24/9/22. I’ve created a ‘ticket’, but still nothing; it wont even give me the option to cancel my order. The money has been taken out of my account, and almost 2 months later, nothing. Getting in contact with someone to discuss the issue is impossible.
