“First I'd best add that I am a bodybuilder of 35yrs so know a little something about training equipment. My son ordered the bench through my account so was not intended for me to use ( I have my own equipment which was made to suit my needs, that is except for just a plain weight bench,which I purchased when I started out) but did try out the Power bench on my sons request so here is my review................ The build quality is good but I dare not bench my normal work load as the weight limit for the power bench is quite low. My main concern is that the bench 'squat racks' are too narrow for bench pressing & the 'pins/racks' do not go down far enough.Someone training alone may not be able to lift the bar back off their chest up high enough to be able to rack the bar. The bench itself is a little too wide to be able to perform flyes correctly. Gotta say the Scott curl attachment is great - very comfortable to use. So anyone wanting to take up bodybuilding seriously best look for another bench but otherwise good overall piece of equipment. Karl”

“Great bench for heavy duty lifting. Fits my bar perfectly (olympic) and enables me to do all the exercises I love the most - incline press, flat bench and military press.”
