"The York B501 is a quality entry-level weight bench. It features butterfly arms enabling chest fly (pectoral) exercises, 3-position backrest ranging from flat to incline, and leg unit with foam rollers. The bench also provides barbell retaining hooks that keep the bar in place while changing weights. The York B501 bench holds a maximum weight of 200kg. It can be folded when not in use, which makes it a perfect piece of workout equipment to use at home or in the garage."

Butterfly has no range of movement . Cant use the incline with a barbell as no room to get under the bar .

The flies are restricted for motion and also for raised chest press it is impossible to get the ideal range of motion for both

The York B501 workbench was exactly what I was after following the implanting of a stent. The Hospital told me that I needed to exercise my heart and sent me some exercises which I was able to carry out using the York weight bench. It takes up very little space and has assisted me a lot with my recovery programme. So a big thanks to York and Sweat Band. Cheers, Bobby Schuck. The Llama Park

Really happy with this purchase - easy to store, transitioning from leg extensions to curls is really easy. You can’t use the rack to do incline bench press because it sits too far back which is disappointing, but otherwise very satisfied!

A decent , starry bench. Legs stand is a little flimsy and clips are of poor quality but for the money , a good purchase.

Purchased in a time of crisis when all the Gyms were closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This is a good bench overall, Packaged very well and all parts clearly identified. I built this up in less time that estimated with no problems (Although I used my own tools) On performance it lets me do what I need to, However that said on the maximum incline it is almost impossible to lift a heavy barbell from the holder as it is further behind you than you would want it to be.
