“Excellent build quality. Assembly instructions were pretty clear. Definitely requires two people for assembly. A couple of awkward steps including mounting the control unit from underneath - had to use a long-stemmed screwdriver to get to the screws properly. The pedal straps are very stiff to fit! And the scallop design should be on the top of the strap (ie visible). It's not obvious which way they should go but on top makes sense plus I checked with DKN support. The machine is easy to use. It's pretty comfortable. I'm quite small at 5ft 6in and can feel the seat edge ever so slightly against the back of my thigh but maybe I need to play with the seat position. I know the DKN website has a list of apps you can use but an app, if only to accumulate stats, wouldn't have gone amiss. Overall though, it's an excellent exercise bike especially for those of us where a recumbent position is best. I also couldn't possibly have got it at a better price than from Sweatband.”

“An excellent sturdy, stable, static bike. About 2 hours construction with an enthusiastic grandson doing most of it. A straightforward and enjoyable team building exercise. My wife and I [ both in late 70's ] use the bike in simple manual state and have not, as yet, tried the various programs which would require some ability to program ! Perhaps the grandson again !!”

“Excellent quality and very sturdy, excellent service and excellent delivery, only thing wrong was when it was unpacked and finished building it I noticed a large smooth patch on the seat as if it had been rubed against something”

“Great machine. A choice of settings which enables one to have a hard or easy work out depending upon one's needs. Comfortable seat and for some one like me who has spine problems it is ideal. I would fully recommend this machine.”

“Easy to assemble and use. Seating comfortable with plenty of adjustments for all heights. The software could be enhanced by allowing switching between users without having to turn power off/on in order to change profile. Plenty of automatic workouts and a manual option. Smooth running flywheel with ample scope for all abilities. Straps keeping feet on pedals are a bit awkward to adjust successfully so that they stay tight.”
