“Excellent service from Sleeps12. We had to rearrange our booking to Croftview twice due to Covid restrictions. This was done with no problem both times. The house was amazing and the owners lovely. One of our party even ended up with a new black labrador puppy from the stay! Our breakage deposit was refunded in full in a matter of days. Thank you :)”

“It's an absolutely fabulous property! The spa hall with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, was constantly in use and loved by all of our large family group. As we did all of our own cooking, the very well equipped kitchen was a real bonus. Charlotte, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful, and dealt swiftly with any minor issues that occurred. The provision of robes, slippers and spa towels is something we haven't experienced at other Sleeps 12 properties that we have visited. These extras and the whole experience, definitely puts Croftview at the top of our list!”

“Charlotte the manageress was wonderful, providing everything we needed to have a fantastic week. We have been as a family to many large properties but this surpassed them all. It was perfect 10 out of 10.”

“Loved the house, the modern finish and furniture are incredible, the swimming pool and spa area was fantastic and clean. The main POC Charlotte was really easy going and relaxed. We had a blast.
