“Tim helped us with the Ltd company BTL. I admire his skills in understanding what his clients are after and the clarity on what products would work for them. Right from day one he worked backwards with timeline and helped throughout whether it was finding the right lender or solicitor or insurer. Having worked with over 10 mortgage advisors over the last 15 years , clearly Tim is the best and B2B finance is general have had great advisors and access to niche products. Highly recommended .”

“Very highly recommended. I worked with Iain Humber to secure a remortgage in a very complex buy-to-let setup, and it simply wouldn’t have gone through without him. Iain consistently found solutions to every obstacle from the lender and solicitors. He stayed in regular contact with the lender to keep the application on track.
