“I wanted to love this Dutch oven; it’s the perfect size and weight and seemed to be of really good quality. However, the very first time that I used it—to bake sourdough bread—a roughly circular 1” chunk of the enamel coating came off the bottom (interior), leaving rough cast iron exposed. The good news is that I contacted Zulay and they immediately sent me a replacement Dutch oven. I’m hoping that the first one was an aberration, and that this one will be wonderful.”
