I have read some reviews about their frother not working after a period of time. This happened to me too. I have come to find that you have to thoroughly clean this frother after each use. I rinse it out, remove the whisk and leave it inside, then put a little dish soap in and then some warm water and just let it sit for a while. Then I clean it with a soft cloth and dry it. I have never had a problem with it since I started this cleaning process.”
