“The Turner had a defect and I arrange to get a replacement no cost. After I arranged for the replacement I discovered that the spatula had a ding in the side but elected not to do anything about it. When the turner replacement arrived, it was not a Turner but another spatula. At That point it was not worth my time to send it back, etc.”
