“Like many other reviews, my frother stopped working after about 10 months. However, they did stand by their warranty and replace it. Again, however, it was a little frustrating with the back-and-forth emails. I don't need to know that you forwarded my concern to someone else; just let me know when it's resolved. It took quite a while to get the invoice needed to process the exchange. I do love the product, though. Saw it reviewed on America's Test Kitchen and it really is wonderful.”
