“Long time user of this machine, ( years) made several thousand coffee drinks, I will be honest that I wasn’t sure about what made up this machine as far as quality, country, etc. But I will say that it has been my most valued machine! I have 4 or 5 Seaco and Seaco Phillips machines that cost WAY more, they do good, but this Overall beats them all. This machine makes any drink you can think of, in addition you can use the touch screen to create many more drinks using several of the touch screen options. Examples I have made Espresso ( just coffee) then made a Cappuccino to enlarge the drink. I have added extra shots of Espresso to any other drink combinations, the machine can clean itself but I do a proper clean here and there. I would get the container for the creamer/Frother with the purchase or you can use a glass of your choice but looks better in its dedicated container. Profiles can be adjusted, and certain brew parameters can be adjusted. This machine will save you money, my machine is essentially free and paying me money compared to the Coffee shop.”
“My husband purchased this machine for me in July and I recently purchased one for my sister! We have a machine at my work that cost double and it's great but if there's not enough water in the tank, then you get what you get in your cup. It will only tell you to add water at a certain point and can't make the connection that there won't be enough based on the drink and ounces you selected. I love that this machine stops mid brew to tell you to add water. Also, the milk system cleans with water when you turn it on and off which is wonderful. I find this machine so easy to use and equally easy to clean. It's not the quietest as it does make some loud clicking sounds but once I realized it was normal, I got used to it. I no longer buy specialty coffee out because nothing tops mine at home! Cappuccinos are the highlight of my morning. I highly recommend this machine!”
“i I received this machine as a gift, unfortunately started licking right away and then when I contact the company, they say manufactory defect so they have to replace some item on it so they asked me to ship and pay for it. They do not cover the warranty. I don't know why, but this machine is just machine doesn't work properly”
