“This is the second one I’ve purchased. The first one didn’t work rgt and they wouldn’t cover rice warranty since I purchased it at TZ Max. The one I just purchased (500w) won’t cream cottage cheese so it’s not strong enough and now they won’t do anything without a video. Beware of this company. There’s no telephone number to speak w them and they aren’t good at returning emails. Warranty? What warranty”
