“Very Frothy, but customer service was very responsive. Brother stopped working after about 8 months and they replaced with a new one I had to pay for shipping $6.50. It's very hard to clean as the milk gets crusty on the bottom. Also it's not very hot since I like it very hot for my coffee. Overall it's ok but has some setbacks. If they were to make a removable canister for cleaning purposes and make it hotter temperature it would be perfect.”
