“Zulay was kind enough to send me a free replacement of the defective milk frother we have had for a few months in use. We do use it often about 5x per day to stir baby formula. Eventually, the motor doesn't become as strong despite fresh batteries and the button doesn't consistently work. Unfortunately, the replacement Zulay sent had the same issue within 3 weeks. We opted to purchase a rechargeable waterproof electric milk frother that has not failed yet and shows no signs of failure. We like the Zulay company, but this product just didn't work for us due to it not working for long.”
