“Love the ability to select my speed, as it sure has great power! I add protein powder to my coffee, and this makes it a frothy goodness first thing in the morning. I have tried many brands, and I only have good to say about this one. Also thankful for the excellent customer service.”
“It’s ok. At first I was surprised at the power it had for a handheld battery powered frother. Only the GOLDE Superwhisk (double whisk) usb charged handheld has ever worked as well as a manual frother or countertop machine. So when I first out the batteries in the Zulay whisk and it whirred with the speed of light I was excited. However I became disappointed after a few uses when it started to slow down significantly as soon as it was submerged in the smallest amount of liquid (milk). After less than a month of use- the entire unit died. I contacted customer service for a replacement as it comes with warranty- and after two weeks of back and forth with either a robot AI customer service representative- followed by a human customer service representative who did not read what I had to retype about 5 different times (thst j did indeed put new batteries in, yes they were installed the correct way as I am not a toddler, yes when it arrived there was a gap between the whisk and the handle) and felt as though they were toying with me for fun saying “oh it still works it skesntmatter if there’s a space between the handle” even though I had stated repeatedly it stopped working altogether. After thet little snafu they kindly and quickly sent me a replacement. Bht to my dismay- after a few week of use the same thing has started to happen. It still works but is very weak. I would suggest a few things to the company 1) make a better product that is not operated by battery but usb plug 2) a double whisk is far better and more efficient than a single whisk 3) please for the the love of all things coffee, get real educated human customer service reps to interact with your paying customers. I wouldn’t mind paying a twice as much for a product that was a little sturdier and lasted longer. All in all I will give 3 stars because they did send a replacement and it has not died completely- yet. But I forsee the same thing happening as it does with all handheld whisks. I think it’s time I invest in a countertop frother or another French press type manual frother .”
