“When it works, it works great! I have cycled through 6 frothers over the last two years. They all stopped working prematurely. I am not sure this issue is peculiar to Zulay, though. Consumers demand low-cost merchandise and manufacturers give them what they want. So what consumers get are products with abbreviated lifespans made with inexpensive parts. I do appreciate the sleek styling of this frother, and customer service is very responsive when you get them on the phone (emails go unanswered). Is it Zulay's fault that their frothers don't last for years? Probably not. They are merely working within the financial constraints placed by consumers and are providing the best product they can with what consumers are willing to pay. At least this is a family business and deserving of our support!”
“The frother button needs to be held while frothing, bit inconvenient. Also the frither appendage is short for a coffee glass. Overall, not a breeze of an experience”

But what really stood out was the customer support.It stopped working a week ago so I reached out to see if what we can do as I tried troubleshooting on my end by replacing battery and made sure that i tried everything before reaching out to the company. As soon as I reached out,I got a response immediately from Jay of customer support who tried to assist troubleshooting and they immediately sent a free replacement—no hassle, no back-and-forth and it arrived in 2 days!”
