“I absolutely love the chocolate and orange bar mix. I have baked it as per the instructions and the bars are lovely. With each batch I have experimented more and more, adding my own ingredients: chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, brown rice cacao protein powder, cacao powder, orange zest and almond milk. The base mix seems to be able to handle the extra ingredients and the bars are chunkier. I freeze them in individual snack bags and pop one in my bag for whenever I need a boost. I am confident that they are much healthier and more wholesome than the overpriced protein bars on the market. Also, I really like the way a message is written on the box.. a really nice personal touch. Thanks, Paula”
