I think the instructions for inclusion may be wrong also mine had already been attached to a system as I had to exclude it before I could add it to my Hubitat

“I was pleased how quickly this connected to my Aeotec 700 series controller. I requested this as a replacement for the other 8 button remote and spent far too many hours not getting that 1 to work.
This worked within seconds of connecting, my z-wave network and Homeassitant recognised it and I had no additional setting up required (NB: I am a moderately technical user and only needed the pairing combination from the manual).
The buttons are short and snappy and the network response is rapid. The device operates with a button battery, but hopefully this will last a decent length of time. The choice of double sided tape in the box or screwing to a wall is a nice touch.”

This switch is really good, feels good and fits natively into my series (Jung AS500).
However, in order for it to work with Home Assistant, the security level must be set to "Legacy Secure" when learning, otherwise the buttons will not be recognised.
But that is not the reason for the 4 stars.
What I find terrible is the printing of I and O.
I will think about applying these switches and having erxta make stickers with icons for them.”
