The range is very good and the response is very fast.
For use with Hubitat hub it requires a 3rd party driver but it works very well once installed.
I use it to control lights in rooms which have more than one light source”

Just after buying it I understood hubitat does not have a solid working driver.
Therefore I think my only solution is to buy HC3”
