“Its possibly unfair rating this device as 3* when I suspect its home assistant, or rather Open Zwave, that doesn't have great support but currently only 1 aspect of the sensor is returning values for open and close. Temperature doesn't appear to change. So for the moment really I'd give it 2 or 3 but I'm reserving judgement until support turns up”
