“Wired one up to my Fibaro Universal Sensor, shoved it into my Hot Water Cylinder, Included it into my Z-wave network and hey presto, I can now monitor my hot water tank temperature. I now use it as a Z-wave thermostat to turn on my boiler when more hot water is needed. All works as expected and super simple to wire up.”
“I wanted to monitor the temperature in my hot water cylinder. Connected up 2 of these sensors to a Fibaro universal sensor and tried to link that to a Vera Edge controller. After many hours of experimentation (Vera documentation is either very poor or totally lacking) it still doesn't work. I got half an answer from the Vera help line (which doesn't work but at least they responded). I got no answer from Vesternet (I phoned and they promised to call back, but didn't, I emailed and no reply).”
