“The Surgeon, whilst workmanlike and competent does not listen. I've worked alongside Vascular Surgeons all my NHS career and am well used to an air of confidence....my Clinician did not listen to my history, drug allergies etc I was somewhat disappointed”

“My Mum attended a consultation with Dr. Regi in Newcastle as she was suffering from Venous leg ulcers. Unfortunately due to numerous other medical conditions they were unable to go ahead with any treatment but he took time to explain the cause of the problem and the reason why they could not proceed, they also provided lots of other suggestions that could help with her condition. We achieved more in one consultation with Dr Regi than we had in years of hospital visits. If we had known the vein centre offered such a good service we would have taken my Mum a lot earlier.”

“My doctor explained everything to me during the scan and treatment that would be available following the findings of the scan. He explained the after care and any possible complications as a result of any treatment. It was a bonus for my husband to be present at the consultation as this made me more comfortable also.”
