“We have been having lots of fun with this little teaser. The only thing we have found it sometimes when the button is pressed, we can hear clicks but no reaction from the device. sometimes times it resolved in my partner saying "I can't turn it off". But we always did it in the end. The key seems to be to press the button as hard as we can and not react to a click from it after applying some pressure. Note for the design: I would like the button to be easily recognisable just by touch so that the modes can be switched without looking at it. All in all, we are happy with the product and very much appreciate the environmentally friendly approach of the Natural Love Company.”
