“Initially I wrote a review about this product with a lower rating but due to the outstanding customer service I received, I have raised my rating.
The product itself seems like great quality. The texture and color are lovely. I had gotten it primarily for the external portion and found that it just wasn't strong enough for me. I think it would work wonderfully for a lot of people but is just a bit on the gentle side for me personally.
When I expressed my issues with the product the company immediately contacted me to make the situation right. Very responsible and satisfactory resolution to my concern. I will definitely keep trying out products from TNLC!”
