“The cutter allows you to have a clean serrated cut on your washi tape when using the bobbin system. Very cute and easy to travel with but it also looks good on a desk. I love the Kokuyo bobbins as it just allows me to have my washi tapes with me but does not take up so much room or get dusty.”
